Too much going on in this head;
enough to constitute nothing.

Whatever you do, don’t bottle. Let it out and not necessarily on this blog if you don’t want to. Write it in a private journal AND share your “insides” with a friend you can confide in. But don’t keep it in. And I see no signs of someone craving attention. Maybe you are at a fork in the road, unsure of which way to go. Maybe you’ve hit a brick wall. Maybe everything seems thick and black and out of focus. There is always an out, always sunlight ready and waiting to shine upon your face. It just takes some of us a bit longer to climb out, to reach up and grab on, to knock down the wall, to open the black curtains and see the light. Just don’t give in because you don’t see any light or assume there is no way out. Release and empty your mind and there’s bound to be someone there that can guide you along the right path…never, ever give up. You are worth so, so much more than you realize. You may not see or feel it, but you ARE someone special. We all are someone special no matter what you believe or what you’ve been told.

Something I put on Emma's blog...

If the future seems overwhelming, remember that it comes one moment at a time.

Just checking in to make sure you're ok. Sardine, it's healthy to articulate how you're feeling. I'm like an old goat I'm at my best in really bad situations. Life is a challenge and sometimes we all need a little help/empathy/ compassion, or just an unbiased ear.

You've just reminded me of what made me connect so deeply with Beautiful Losers:

Too much going on, enough to constitute nothing.

Leonard Cohen couldn't have said it better.

This kind of reminds me a bit of the film "Intimacy"...two souls desperate for a 'human touch'...
